I Believe

One Person

Can Change the World

You want to make an impact.

I'll show you how.

I developed the RISE|System™ to empower scientists to get their voices heard - from Congress to corporate board rooms.

Mark Bayer served as a Chief of Staff in the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives during a 20-year career as a Congressional staff member. He's worked as a management consultant at PwC and co-founded a non-profit organization for disadvantaged youth.

Mark now teaches scientists, engineers, and executives how to advance their priorities with key decision makers using the RISE|System™️, a unique methodology incorporating proven strategic communication and influence-building principles crafted during two decades of work in the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives.

It started with a telegram.

When I was growing up, my mother learned of the hardships suffered by a young family in Moscow. They wanted to leave the Soviet Union, hoping to start a better life in another country.

For 9 years, the Soviet regime tried to crush their dream of a brighter future, refusing to let them emigrate. The husband held a doctorate in zoology. He led a group at an institute specializing in medical parasitology and tropical medicine. The wife also had her doctorate and was a notable entomologist. Their son was kicked out of school, and their phone calls were monitored. Desperate, they went on a hunger strike.

So my mom decided to do something about it
